Basharat Ahmad
Basharat Ahmad got his Master Degree in International Commercial Law (LLM) from University of Bedfordshire and join SHN Solicitors to complete his practical training. Basharat Ahmad completed bachelor degree in Law (LLB) from GC University and have a four year experience in criminal and civil legal matters in Pakistan. Basharat Ahmad also a registered member of Punjab Bar Council and registered as an Advocate of High Court Lahore (Pakistan). Basharat Ahmad has extensive experience in SHN Solicitors on advising on a wide range of business and personal immigration matters, including complex applications under the points based system. Basharat Ahmad has a wide range of experience of educational and commercial consultancy.
Munmun
After graduating with a Law Degree from Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford, Munmun undertook Diploma in Law and Practice with CILEX (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) in Family Law and Conveyancing. While studying, Munmun provided her assistance to the Crown Prosecution Services in Luton and undertook work experience for various law firms. She started as a Trainee Immigration Adviser with Rivington Solicitors and later joined Vital legal services. Munmun is a qualified and registered immigration adviser with OISC. She recognises and understands her clients' needs and is committed to working with clients to attain the best outcomes, enabling them to make correct decisions. Munmun has specialised in Student Visas, Partner Visas, Extension, ILR, British Citizenship along with several other services. She provides a clear idea of required documents and occasionally advises clients about how and where to acquire said documents if they are unable to do so themselves. Munmun is hardworking and committed to her clients, even assisting clients at unsociable hours when necessary. She is fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
